Jay Patel, MEng, PMP, is a Project Lead and Principal Structural Engineer in the Bridge & Tunnel Department at Parsons Corporation in Abu Dhabi, UAE. With over 12 years of progressive experience in sustainable design and construction, Jay has successfully managed and delivered various infrastructure projects, contributing to strategic organizational goals. Jay's structural engineering expertise spans over 11 years, focusing on sophisticated analysis, design, and cost-effective solutions for transportation, water, and industrial projects. Jay also served as an Assistant Professor at NIRMA University and has held positions with other notable firms in the infrastructure industry. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Distinction and a Master’s degree in Computer Aided Structural Analysis & Design, where they were a Gold Medalist.
