Jean Excell

Jean Excell, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and risk assessment within the construction industry. Currently serving as Vice President - Program Director for the AIMS Program at McMurdo Station, Antarctica with Parsons Corporation since April 2015, Jean has also held significant roles such as Special Projects Director, overseeing various construction delivery methods for commercial clients. Prior to joining Parsons, Jean was the Deputy Director of Enterprise Risk Management at CH2M HILL, focusing on the evaluation and management of project risks. Jean's career includes positions as Civil Engineering Supervisor at Bechtel Corporation, Project Site Manager at TSK Architects, and Project Engineer with Perini Building Company. Jean holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University, an Associate Degree in Engineering from SUNY Broome Community College, and a Regents Diploma from Union Endicott High School.
