They have held significant positions at URS Corporation and Parsons Corporation, focusing on design management for various major projects, including the California High-Speed Rail. Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where they also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Their expertise encompasses transit projects, freeway systems, and design-build project delivery methods, emphasizing design deliverables, scheduling, financial tracking, and client interaction.
