Ken Murphy, P.E., is the Vice President and Civil Department Manager for the New York Region at Parsons Corp. With thirty years of experience at the New York State Department of Transportation, Ken has led significant projects, including those for the Governor's Office as the Downstate Major Projects Manager for Long Island. They have extensive experience in various construction delivery methods and currently oversee a team of 100 in all aspects of design and engineering. Ken is recognized for their empathetic leadership and dedication to empowering staff in high-stress project environments. Ken is also pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at Rutgers University.
