Kyle Chism

Kyle Chism is a Regional ATC Development Director at Parsons, specializing in 3-D design integration and roadway geometrics. With 23 years of experience in rural and urban roadway and interstate design across 10 states, Kyle has overseen projects worth over $5 billion in various formats. In addition to their role at Parsons, Kyle serves as a Board Member for the Kentucky Board of Engineers & Land Surveyors. Previously, they held positions as a Project Engineer at HMB Professional Engineers and as a Project Manager at HNTB Corporation. Kyle studied at the University of Louisville from 2000 to 2001.
