Lillian Robison

Lillian Robison is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management within the engineering and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Program Director at Parsons Corporation for Saudi Arabian Parsons LTD, Lillian oversees multiple roles, including Director of the Permitting Office and Executive Director for Digital & Technology and Technical Delivery & Services on the Qiddiya project. Prior to this role, Lillian spent a decade at AECOM as Senior Vice President and Regional Business Line Leader for Water in the Southeast U.S., subsequently leading significant contracts as Project Director. Earlier career experiences include management consulting at Accenture, project management at Michael Baker International, and project leadership at Dewberry. Lillian holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science & Policy from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Mary Washington.
