Michelle Johnson

Michelle Johnson, MBA, SPHR, is the Senior Manager of Corporate Employee Relations at Parsons Corporation, a position held since 2002. They have extensive experience in various human resources roles, including Human Resources Manager at Lockheed Martin and Program Manager at Fannie Mae, where they specialized in employee relations. Johnson's expertise encompasses employee relations, employment law, dispute resolution, policy development, management training, and ADA compliance. They hold a B.S. in Management and Economics from Fisk University and an MBA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Maryland.
