Mohammad Masa'd

Mohammad Masa'd, MBA, PMP®, is a motivated Civil/Wet Utilities Engineer with 20 years of experience in project management, hydraulic design, and hydrological studies. They currently serve as the Lead Design Engineer for Wet Utilities at Parsons Corporation, following a tenure as the Water and Wastewater Infrastructure Planning Manager for Chemonics International. Throughout their career, Mohammad has held various roles, including Senior Water/Wastewater Design Engineer at CDM Smith and Projects Manager at Ruqn Al Handasa - Consulting Engineers. Mohammad earned an MBA with distinction from the University of Bedfordshire and a B.Sc. in Building & Construction Engineering from the University of Technology in Iraq.
