Muhammad Azam

Muhammad Azam is an accomplished professional in the field of quantity surveying and cost management with over 28 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager at Parsons Corporation since September 2021, Muhammad contributes to the Neom Industrial City project by managing variations and extensions of time. Prior experience includes holding the position of Senior Cost Manager at Currie & Brown, where responsibilities encompassed developing schedules, budget estimates, and managing the Madinah Haram Expansion Project. Muhammad also worked as a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Al Rajhi Construction on the Haramain High-Speed Railway project and at Tristar Transport & Contracting, leading a team on the Dubai World Central project. Earlier career roles include positions at Wade Adams Contracting and Gulam Nabi and Sons, commencing as a Site Engineer. Muhammad holds a Master of Science in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in the same field, and a Civil Engineering diploma from the Government College of Technology.
