Phil Masters is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) at Parsons Corporation since 2013. In addition to this role, Phil has also been the Vice President of Masters and Associates Ltd. since 1998. Prior to these positions, Phil was the Head of the ITS Program Section at the Ontario Ministry of Transportation from 1979 to 2012.
