Rashed Mirza

Rashed Mirza is currently a Project Director at Parsons, having progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Project Manager and Principal Project Manager. Rashed has extensive experience in project management and design, particularly in the construction of utilities and infrastructure for large-scale developments such as Saadiyat Island and the Dubai South Residential District. Rashed earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Baghdad and began their career at Metrowater before joining MWH Global and subsequently Parsons.
