Rick Both

Rick Both is currently the Vice President of Construction Operations at Parsons Corporation, a role they have held since 2016, where they support large Alternative Project Delivery Heavy Highway and Transportation Construction projects across the US and Canada. Previously, from 2004 to 2013, Rick held various positions at Parsons, including Estimator, Project Manager, and Project Executive, and acted as Chief Financial Officer for the Construction Business Unit. They worked at Robison Construction, Inc. from 1999 to 2004 in progressively responsible roles, including Project Manager and Preconstruction Manager. Earlier in their career, Rick served as a 3D Modeler at Earthwork Services from 1993 to 1999. Rick earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Drafting and Civil Engineering CAD/CADD from ITT Technical Institute-Seattle and an Associate of Arts in Engineering from Grays Harbor College.
