Rob Biedermann

Rob Biedermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and operations within the construction and engineering sectors. Currently a Program Manager at Parsons Corporation since June 2025, Rob has held significant roles including Director of Industry-Government Engagement & Programs at the Society of American Military Engineers, Operations Manager at Triton Development, and Director of SMART Capital at the International Association of Sheet Metal, Air, Rail and Transportation Workers. Prior leadership positions include Senior Vice President at Versar Global Solutions, President and Chief Operating Officer at JB Henderson, and Vice President at Kinetics. With foundational experience from the US Army Corps of Engineers and as a Company Commander in the US Army, Rob holds a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management and Heavy Construction from Arizona State University.
