Rob McCarthy

Rob McCarthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and information technology. Currently serving as Vice President and Program Manager at Parsons Corporation since January 2009, McCarthy has also held various leadership roles within the company, including Vice President of New York Area Manager and Vice President of Strategy and Development. Prior to Parsons, McCarthy was the Information Technology Director at Perot Systems Corporation from May 2005 to December 2008 and served as IT Manager at Parsons Corporation from January 2004 to May 2005. Earlier career experience includes the role of IT Project Integrator at Perot Systems from January 1999 to January 2004 and serving as a Captain in the United States Army Corps of Engineers from June 1994 to June 1999. McCarthy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Management and Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, where education was completed from 1990 to 1994.
