Ryan Manley

Ryan Manley has extensive experience in mechanical engineering, holding various positions including Senior Mechanical Engineer at Fourth Dimension Engineering and as a consultant while self-employed. Currently serving as Capital Campaign Director, Program Lead, and Senior Mechanical Engineer at Parsons Corporation since May 2018, Ryan has developed a robust skill set in engineering through roles in multiple companies, including a prior tenure at Fourth Dimension Engineering. Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland between 2000 and 2004.
