Sandra Howard

Sandra Howard is a Design Manager at Parsons, where they currently lead design initiatives. With a robust background in architecture and project management, Sandra has held significant positions at firms such as HMC Architects and Gensler, contributing to major projects including the USC portfolio and the Metropolis Project in downtown Los Angeles. They began their career as a CAD designer at The Austin Company and have accumulated extensive experience managing large-scale projects across various sectors, including higher education and athletic facilities. Sandra earned a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
