Shane Hegarty

Shane Hegarty is an accomplished engineering and management professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Integration & Production Directorate at Parsons Corporation since December 2022, Shane has previously held multiple high-level positions at Leonardo DRS from July 2003 to December 2022, including Vice President of Advanced Programs & Technology and Vice President of Engineering. Earlier in their career, Shane worked at Pratt & Whitney as Deputy Engineering Manager for the F117 Program, as well as in systems engineering. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
