Thomas Mooney is a seasoned Federal Energy Business Leader with over a decade of experience in executive roles within the U.S. Department of Energy and the Department of Defense. They served as Chief Operating Officer at the Office of Environmental Management, where they established performance and growth goals for a $7.5 billion enterprise, and successfully implemented a new business operations model during the COVID-19 pandemic.
