Thomas Parks

Thomas Parks, P.E. has extensive experience in procurement and project management within the construction and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as Director of Procurement at Parsons Corporation since August 2009, Thomas has held various leadership roles including Senior Procurement Manager and Principal Subcontracts Administrator, overseeing contracts for critical infrastructure projects. Prior to Parsons, Thomas was a Subcontract Manager at HBE Corporation, managing procurement for over $770 million in design-build projects. Thomas also has a significant background with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where roles included Senior Project Manager and Regional Manager, administering construction programs for multiple VA hospitals. Beginning a career as a Civil Designer at Lutz, Daily & Brain Consulting Engineers, Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
