Tom Clark, PMP, possesses extensive experience in business development and operations within the transportation sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Parsons Transportation Group since 2014, Tom oversees operations and P&L responsibilities for emergency transportation while expanding the Operations and Maintenance contracting portfolio. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Business Development at DBi Services, where Tom led geographic expansion and service diversification, and Senior Vice President at Halcrow, Inc., managing US commercial operations and securing significant consulting contracts. Additional experience encompasses leadership positions at Roy Jorgensen Associates, Inc. and Grupo TMM, focusing on operations and marketing in both highway management and containerized ocean freight services. Tom holds an AB in Economics from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance & Marketing from The Wharton School.
