Tom Stora

Tom Stora, P.E. is currently the Principal Project Manager at Parsons Corporation, with a career spanning over 30 years in civil and structural engineering. They began as a bridge detailer while still in high school and developed a diverse skill set through various roles at firms including ACLA, C&S Engineers, and Prime AE Group. Tom has managed and contributed to over 200 bridge design and inspection projects across multiple states, emphasizing design innovation and project efficiency. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Cleveland State University and have attained project management certification along with prequalification for ODOT Level 2 Bridge Designs.
