They currently serve as the Founder of Timepass Games LLC, leading product development and launching innovative mobile apps. Previously, Ajay held key positions at companies such as Navis, where they spearheaded an Agile transformation that significantly increased revenue and customer satisfaction. With a strong focus on operational excellence and data-driven decision-making, Ajay is also certified in PMP, CSM, and SAFe, and has completed advanced education in Agile Project Management and Change Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
