Part3
Part3 was founded by Jack Sadler, Jessica Luczycki and Corey Stanford to help architects and engineers reduce inefficiencies throughout construction administration and focus on achieving design excellence. As a former construction administrator and project manager, Jess is acutely aware of the challenges associated with CA. With 10 years ofexperience Jess has worked on over $1bn worth of construction and felt frustrated by the time-consuming, and error-prone nature of manually tracking changes, submittals, and RFIs. Jack and Corey were able to comprehend the pains through years of technology consulting experience and, with a designer's mind, began assembling a solution to this problem utilizing cutting-edge cloud technology.Collectively, the team was able to take a human-centered approach to construct an elegant, cost-saving workflow that promotes collaboration as an approach to minimizing waste. Customers' and partners' voices are heard as the platform goes through rapid cycles of continuous improvement. The result is an innovative solution that provides architects, engineers, and owners with an integrated platform to manage construction administration with a fraction of the waste.
