Catherine Owen is an experienced fire consultant and environmental health officer with a diverse background in fire safety and environmental protection. Currently serving as an Associate Fire Consultant at PartB since March 2022, Catherine has previously held roles as Senior Fire Consultant and Fire Consultant. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Environmental Health Officer and Environmental Health Officer at Swindon Borough Council from April 2015 to March 2022, along with a brief tenure as Student Environmental Health Officer at Rhondda Cynon Taff County Borough Council and City of Cardiff Council in 2014.
