Cindy Russo

Cindy Russo serves as CFO Operating Partner at Panopto and Simpro Software since late 2023, and contributes as Board Member and Chair of the Audit Committee at Verifone and Verra Mobility. Cindy has extensive board experience across various companies, including ParTech, Inc. and UserTesting, where significant financial transactions occurred under supervision. Previous roles include Interim CFO at Optoro and Executive Vice President and CFO at Cvent, with foundational experience gained at MICROS Systems, Inc., culminating in leadership roles over many years. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from James Madison University, obtained in 1991.
