Kim Gray

Kim Gray is a Senior Implementation Engineer at ParTech, Inc. since December 2019 and has also been serving as an Implementation Engineer at Restaurant Magic Software since June 2015. Prior experience includes roles at OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC, where Kim was the Point of Sale Group Team Lead and held positions as a Point of Sale Analyst and Technician from 2007 to May 2015. Kim started in IT Support as the Help Desk Team Lead at Outback Steakhouse from August 2004 to June 2007 and has held administrative and server roles at Bonefish Grill and Carrabba's Italian Grill from 1996 to 2004. Kim earned a BA in Sociology and Geography from the University of South Florida between 1991 and 1998.
