Lynn Gurschke

Lynn Gurschke is a seasoned product manager with over 7 years of experience in building enterprise SaaS platforms focused on real-time communication, reporting, and user engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at PAR Technology since 2025, Lynn previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Shift, where they led product development for an employee engagement platform used by over 70,000 users. Prior to that, Lynn contributed significantly to the launch of UPshow's employee engagement product, driving a notable increase in sales revenue and user engagement. Lynn holds a degree in Human Resource Management and Psychology from North Central College.
