Prior to joining PAR Technology, Matthew served as Operations, Events & Project Manager at in the raw Sushi Bar, overseeing significant revenue across multiple locations, and held management positions at Smoke. Woodfire Grill and The Patriot Golf Club. Matthew’s educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Oklahoma State University and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management from the Cooking And Hospitality Institute of Chicago.
