Mike Costanza

Mike Costanza has extensive work experience in various roles, primarily focusing on enterprise business systems, data, analytics, and DevOps. Mike is currently serving as the Senior Director of Enterprise Business Systems and Data at PAR Technology. Prior to this, they held positions such as Director of Data and Analytics, Director of DevOps, and Senior Manager of DevOps at the same company. Before joining PAR Technology, Mike founded and managed two companies, F Cubed and MPC Consulting, where they served as the Managing Director. Additionally, they worked as the Head of Information Technology Services at CoolTronics, Inc. Mike's work experience spans from 2001 to the present, showcasing their expertise and leadership in various technology-related roles.

Mike Costanza attended the University of Florida from 2002 to 2007. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering during this time. Additionally, they obtained a Sales Engineering Minor from the University of Florida. Mike Costanza has also obtained several certifications from Dale Carnegie, including Dale Carnegie Leadership Training for Managers in February 2019, Diplomat in February 2018, Diplomat, Level 1 in February 2018, Active Listener in January 2018, Effective Communicator in January 2018, Effective Communicator, Level 1 in January 2018, Cool Headed in December 2017, Organized Professional in December 2017, and Dale Carnegie Certification in November 2017.
