Fernando Cerutti

Fernando Cerutti is a Senior Consultant specializing in International Cooperation and Development, with thirty years of experience in international affairs across the private sector, public administration, and nonprofits. They have expertise in Intervention Cycle Management, training, communication, and monitoring for diverse sectors including Good Governance and Human Rights. Fernando has monitored approximately 250 EU co-funded projects internationally and has played a significant role in the development of the Results Oriented Monitoring system for the EU.
