文军 蒋

文军 蒋 has had a long and varied career in the supply chain industry. From 2005 to 2014, they worked for Foxconn as a Supplier Quality Engineer, responsible for new supplier audits, quarterly assessments, and yearly audits for approved suppliers. 文军 also worked on inspection criteria for raw materials and dealt with raw material quality issues from IQC and production lines. From 2009 to 2014, they worked for AQS, Inc. as both a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. As Project Manager, they were responsible for the whole process of all projects, including quotations, PO receiving, DFM, trial runs, mass production, and shipping. 文军 was also responsible for NPI, including DFM, prototypes, EVT, DVT, and PVT. As Quality Assurance Manager, they conducted new supplier audits, quarterly assessments, and yearly audits for approved suppliers. 文军 also dealt with all quality issues from IQC and production lines. Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been working for Particle as a Senior Global Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they are responsible for the management of China Manufacturing Operations team, including purchasing department, quality department, project department, testing department, and logistics department. 文军 also forecasts and updates with internal teams, sources and manages raw material suppliers, contract manufacturers, and ODMs, and places and adjusts PO based on forecast and material status.

文军 蒋 received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Hunan University of Technology and Business between 2019 and 2021.
