Stephen Bower

Stephen Bower has worked for a variety of companies since 1998. Stephen began their career at Autodesk as a Senior Director of Engineering, a role they held for several years before taking on additional roles as Senior Director of Enterprise Applications, Senior Director Professional Services and Solutions, and Director of Software Development. In 2007, they founded Iconic Power, an early stage software venture focusing in the on-line travel planning and booking market. Stephen then moved to Traderforce in 2008 as Senior Director, International R&D and Operations, based in Paris. In 2010, they founded Eye-On-I and then joined AVG as Director of Engineering, Install Platform/Privacy in 2013. In 2014, they became VP Global Customer Success & Solutions at Nitro, Inc., a role they held for five years before joining Concord as VP Customer Success in 2019. In 2020, they joined Parley Pro as Vice President of Customer Success and Stealth Startup as an Advisor. Most recently, they were hired by Particle as VP of Customer Success and Sr. Director, Customer Success.

Stephen Bower attended Bridgewater State University from 1981 to 1985, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Stephen then attended Boston University from 1988 to 1990, studying Software Engineering.
