Ray Chen

Ray Chen has a range of work experience in engineering and software development roles. Ray is currently working as an Engineer Lead at Partipost since March 2020. Before that, they worked as the VP of R&D at iStaging from September 2015 to March 2020, where they were responsible for product architecture design and implementation. At iStaging, they led projects such as developing a cloud-based image processing function and implementing VR image recognition algorithms.

Prior to their role at iStaging, Ray worked as a Software Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) from June 2014 to September 2015. Ray also worked at the ITRI Cloud Computing Center for Mobile Applications from October 2010 to June 2014, where they were involved in projects related to physical data center management system and enhancing open source software for monitoring IT infrastructure.

Overall, Ray Chen has a strong background in engineering and software development, with expertise in areas such as architecture design, image processing, and virtual reality technology.

Ray Chen received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Electrical and Control Engineering from National Chiao Tung University in 2008. Ray then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Electrical and Control Engineering from the same university in 2010. In addition, they obtained a certification in National Instrument LabVIEW CLAD from National Instrument in June 2009.
