Steviani has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Steviani began their career in 2007 as a Mathematics Tutor at Kumon Indonesia. In 2009, they transitioned to Bank OCBC NISP, where they served as a Bank Teller until 2010 and later as a Service Assistant until 2012. Moving forward, Steviani joined Vinilon Group in 2012, working in the accounting department. In 2014, they became an Account Analyst at PT Putra Borneo Nusantara Indah. Steviani then joined Soechi Group in 2015 and held the role of Finance Supervisor until 2016, after which they were promoted to Senior Accounting Supervisor until 2020. In 2020, they joined Orami as a Content Creator and later transitioned to Partipost in the same role.
