Harry Uffindell

Harry Uffindell has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Harry is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Partly, where they are responsible for aligning organizational capabilities with business strategy. Prior to this, they served as the SVP Operations & People and VP Growth & Operations at Partly.

Harry also has experience in the venture capital industry, serving as a Venture Scout at Alumni Ventures and Blackbird, and as a Venture Scout at TEN13. Harry has also worked as an Angel Investor, investing in high-growth startups.

Before entering the venture capital industry, Harry worked as a Growth Engineer and Startup Advisor, providing consulting services to startups on acquisition, engagement, retention, growth models, culture, hiring, and building successful teams. Harry also worked at Airbnb, where they held the position of Head of Business Operations & Strategy, ANZ, and at Tilt, where they served as the Country Manager & Head of Growth.

Earlier in their career, Harry worked as a Management Consultant at Blackdot and Bevington Group, where they gained experience in strategy, operations, sales growth, and marketing.

Harry Uffindell attended Auckland Grammar School from 2003 to 2007, where they completed NCEA level 1-3. Harry then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Finance (BCom) at the University of Otago from 2008 to 2012. In 2013, they obtained certification as a Barrister & Solicitor from the High Court of New Zealand.
