Josiah Bull

Josiah Bull is a Software Engineer II at Partly since August 2023, focusing on building REST APIs to enhance dismantlers and repairer user experiences, while also engaging in Kubernetes, DevOps, observability, and improving developer experience. Previously, Josiah served as a Software Developer Intern at Crown Equipment Corporation, developing extensive simulation and testing frameworks, and creating Python developer tools. At Sylo, contributions included developing a Discord bot for user authentication and crafting a Sylo node replacement in Rust during a research and development internship. Josiah also developed an API for generating audio files at The University of Auckland and worked as a Computer Aided Design Drafter at Blue Barn Consulting Ltd, where responsibilities included drafting and creating software solutions for process efficiency. Josiah holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from The University of Auckland, completed in 2023.
