David Jaques is currently serving as the President of Partner Contracting. David has a strong background in construction and estimating, having held various leadership positions in companies such as ABC of Baltimore Metro and KANE Construction, Inc. David's experience includes managing pre-construction services departments, creating management tools for project execution, and leading successful construction projects. David has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Arizona State University.
