Andy Glaser

Andy Glaser's work experience includes holding the position of Senior Vice President - Strategy at Partner Forces since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at MetaPhase Consulting from 2019 to 2023, where they served as the Senior Vice President - Federal Programs / Chief Growth Officer and Vice President - Federal Programs (Homeland Security, Defense, Health, and Intel). At MetaPhase, they oversaw the delivery and growth of various projects across government agencies and led the Homeland Security and Health Division.

Andy Glaser has a strong education background in business and information systems management. Andy obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Transportation Management and Logistics and Marketing from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business in the period from 1995 to 1999. Later, from 2003 to 2006, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Systems Management from George Mason University - School of Business. Additionally, they obtained a second MBA degree in Information Systems Management from George Mason University during the same time period. Furthermore, Andy Glaser holds certifications in several areas. In 2006, they received the CIO University Certificate in Federal Executive Competencies from the U.S. Federal CIO Council. In 2009, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute. More recently, in 2019, they became a PROSCI Certified Change Practitioner through Prosci. Lastly, Andy Glaser was honored as an ACT/IAC Fellow (Voyagers 2010) by the American Council for Technology - Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC), although the specific month and year of this achievement are not provided.
