Brady Downs possesses extensive experience in risk analysis and national security, currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at Partner Forces since September 2018 and a Senior Mission Assurance Analyst at Mission Essential since January 2018. With a long-standing career in the U.S. Coast Guard since July 1990, Brady has fulfilled roles including U.S. Senior Defense Official and Defense Attaché in Costa Rica, Chief of the Intelligence Plans, Exercises, Operational Coordination & Strategy Division, Deputy Staff Director for the National Maritime Domain Awareness Coordination Office, and Deputy Chief of the Port Security Evaluations Division, among others. Brady has expertise in maritime security, anti-terrorism risk management, and strategic planning, supported by a Master's degree in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-Columbia. Prior military experience includes service in the U.S. Marine Corps, where Brady directed supply operations as part of the 7th Marine Expeditionary Brigade.
