Michelle Letcher

Michelle Letcher is the Founder and CEO of Break Trail, LLC, a woman veteran-owned business established in November 2023 that focuses on delivering professional services across various sectors related to national security, technology, and innovation. In addition to this role, Letcher serves as a Board Advisor for Partner Forces. Prior to these positions, Letcher held several key leadership roles within the U.S. Army, including Chief of Staff at Army Futures Command and Commander of Joint Munitions Command. Letcher's extensive military background includes command and operational leadership experience in various capacities, augmented by advanced education in Security Studies, Human Services and Counseling, Social Work, and Military Arts and Sciences from esteemed institutions.
