Eric Cho

Eric Cho has a diverse range of work experience in the field of quality control and validation engineering. Eric started their career as an Extern QC Chemist at Aerotek in 2006, where they performed various QC tests and provided training to other analysts. Eric then joined 3M Health Care in 2007, initially as a QC Chemist where they coordinated and executed analytical method transfer projects and performed QC tests using various instruments. Eric eventually became an Advanced QC Chemist at 3M Health Care, where they executed method validation and issued Certificates of Analysis for finished products and stability batches.

In 2012, Eric worked as a Quality Control Lab Manager at Crucell Korea, before joining Validant in 2013 as a Consultant. At Validant, they participated in a QC improvement project for an API manufacturer, drafted and revised SOPs, and provided feedback on various QC/QA documents. Eric also performed translations from English to Korean and vice versa.

Eric moved to ST Pharm in 2014, where they took on the role of QC Manager. In this position, they implemented custom fields and reports in Empower to streamline HPLC and GC assays, implemented computer system and security audits, reviewed test results for accuracy and compliance, and prepared protocols and reports for software qualification. Eric also conducted investigations for out-of-specification results, responded to regulatory inspections and customer audits, and performed vendor audits.

After leaving ST Pharm, Eric joined Impax Laboratories in 2016 as a QC Investigator II, where they investigated quality control issues and contributed to process improvements. Most recently, they joined Partner Therapeutics in 2018 as a Validation Engineer.

Overall, Eric has significant experience in quality control, validation engineering, project management, and compliance within the pharmaceutical industry.

Eric Cho attended UC Irvine from 2000 to 2005, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemistry.
