Andy Smith has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2004, they worked as a Contract Specialist and later as an Asset Manager for GSA. In 2009, they joined the Peace Corps as an English Education Specialist. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Community Development Fellow at Duquesne University, working with various community agencies. Andy then moved on to the Allegheny County Department of Human Services where they worked as a Program Specialist for Integrated Program Services until 2017. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Adult Workforce Programs at Partner4Work Pittsburgh, overseeing multiple workforce development programs for adult job seekers.
Andy Smith obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration from Robert Morris University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Social and Public Policy at Duquesne University from 2012 to 2013.
