Kaylee Shockley

Kaylee Shockley is a seasoned professional in social work and organizational development, currently serving as Policy Coordinator at Partner4Work Pittsburgh since August 2022. Prior to this role, Kaylee co-owned ADD Consulting LLC from 2021 to April 2023, where individualized consulting services were provided for non-profits, small businesses, foundations, and government agencies. Previous experience includes serving as Program Manager at The Open Door, Inc from 2016 to 2020 and as Lead Social Change Coordinator at SPARCC from 2014 to 2016. Kaylee holds a Master's degree in Social Work COSA (Community, Organization, and Social Action) from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work & Criminology from the University of South Florida.
