Trip Cole

Trip Cole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and finance. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for PartnerCare since August 2021, Trip has also held the roles of President of Operations and Vice President of Strategic Initiatives within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as an MBA Summer Associate at Danaher Corporation and operations and finance responsibilities at Network Perception. Trip’s career began in investment banking at Lincoln International, where roles included Investment Banking Associate and Analyst. Trip holds a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
