Matthew Blackith has a diverse work experience. Matthew started their career at Close House Golf Club LTD as a Golf Assistant from March 2012 to April 2015. Matthew then joined Utilitywise as an Account Management Executive specializing in Pre Live Customers, working from April 2015 to April 2018. Since 2018, they have been working at Partnerize, where they started as a Client Services Executive from March 2018 to April 2020. Matthew then progressed to the role of Customer Success Manager from April 2020 to December 2021, and subsequently became a Senior Customer Success Manager from December 2021 to September 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Customer Success Director at Partnerize, starting in September 2023.
Matthew Blackith attended Northumbria University from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a BSC degree in Geography and Sports Development. Matthew later obtained two certifications, namely the Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 and Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in February and August of 2023, respectively.
