Mike Winand

Mike Winand has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries and roles. Mike is currently working at Partnerize as the Director of Client Services since May 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Khoros as a Customer Success Director from June 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they were a Senior Customer Success Manager at Khoros from June 2020 to June 2021. From December 2019 to June 2020, Mike worked as a Customer Success Manager - D&B Digital at Dun & Bradstreet. Mike also worked as a Senior Client Manager at Tiger Pistol from April 2018 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Mike held various roles at Rakuten Marketing, Cision, The American Red Cross of Greater Chicago, A.I. Friedman, and WBBM-AM.

Mike Winand holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Lake Forest College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Levels 1 and 2 from SuccessHACKER, with Level 1 being obtained in February 2023 and Level 2 obtained in August 2023.
