Tom Shor

Tom Shor is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in full stack development and leadership roles. Currently serving as Tech Principal at Konnecto since July 2024, Tom previously held the position of Full Stack Developer at Konnecto from July 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included building backend and frontend services utilizing TypeScript, NestJS, React, and Angular. Prior to that, Tom was Chief Technology Officer at Konnecto, leading engineering efforts on a data-heavy martech platform. Tom’s earlier experience at the Israel Defense Forces from February 2018 to April 2022 included roles as Full Stack Developer and Team/Tech Lead, where Tom developed secure applications and managed project deliveries under tight constraints. Tom is also currently working as Senior Director of Technology at Partnerize since June 2025.
