Ali Spoon has held a variety of roles in the creative industry since 2008. In 2021, Ali Spoon joined PartnerPage as a Customer Success Lead and Manager, Customer Success. From 2015 to 2021, Ali Spoon was a Project Manager and Graphic Designer at Gecko Designs. From 2012 to 2015, Ali Spoon was the Web Master and Graphic Designer at Great Falls College MSU, where they kept the campus website up to date, designed print marketing pieces, communicated via social media, and took photos at campus events. Before that, Ali Spoon was a Photographer and Graphic Designer for their own business, Ali Spoon Photography and Design, which included photographing weddings, families, and products, as well as helping clients with websites, marketing, branding, and visual brand promotion.

Ali Spoon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication from Ohio University between 2004 and 2008. Ali then went on to receive a Master's Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Montana State University Billings between 2013 and 2016.
