Julia (Haynes) McConaughy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in channel strategy, programs, and operations. Currently serving as Principal Consultant at JHM Consulting and Senior Consultant at PartnerPath since 2016, Julia has previously held significant roles such as Director of Channel Operations & Programs at Aruba Networks, where rapid channel expansion was achieved, and Sr. Manager of Worldwide Channel Operations at Network Appliance, implementing processes and systems to enhance partner engagement. Julia's career at Cisco Systems spanned over a decade, marked by the development of a leading Channel Partner Program and a strong focus on e-commerce strategy.
