Crystal Kauder is the SVP and Chief Actuary for US Health at PartnerRe, a position held since 2019. Previously, they served as Chief Pricing Actuary at the same company and as Vice President at UnitedHealthcare. Crystal gained valuable experience as a Senior Actuarial Consultant at Wakely Consulting Group from 2011 to 2016. They earned a BS in Actuarial Science from the University of Iowa in 1998.
